ERAX is an industry leader in designing and manufacturing high-quality snubbing units, providing both custom specification designs and several standard unit models. We have the capability to meet virtually any operational requirement, offering a wide range of lift capacity ratings that typically span from 120K to 600K, with through bore capabilities ranging from 4-1/16” to 13-5/8”. ERAX has access to various configurations, including both truck/trailer mounted units for high mobility and skid mounted designs optimized for efficient sea and ground transport. Furthermore, ERAX provides specialized equipment such as rig assist, self-contained snubbing jacks, and hybrid units. Our position as a service and equipment provider ensures that purchasers receive world-class training and dedicated technical support from experienced operational personnel.

The ERAX Trailer Mounted Workover Rig (e.g., the ZJ40 model) provides a powerful, robust, and deep-capable package suitable for extensive workover and drilling operations. The rig features a heavy-duty Mast (Model JJ225/44-K) that meets strict API 4F standards. This mast stands 44M high and is rated for a Max. Static Hook Load of 2250 kN (500,000 lbs). The system is rated for drilling depths up to 4000M when using 4-1/2'' drill pipe. The rig utilizes a slingshot raising substructure with a drill floor height of 7.5 M. The drawworks is rated at 1000HP (750KW), and the system includes critical components such as a powerful Rotary Table capable of 1,000,000 LBS maximum static load, and a high-performance Top Drive System (TDS-250).
