Our Well Intervention services are designed to enhance production, ensure integrity, and extend the productive life of your oil and gas wells. Leveraging a fleet of modern, high-performance equipment, our expert teams deliver safe, efficient, and data-driven solutions tailored to your specific operational challenges. Explore our core capabilities below.

Advanced Coiled Tubing Intervention Services

Unlock precision and efficiency in live well operations.

ERAX’s trailer-mounted Coiled Tubing Units (CTU) are the cornerstone of modern well intervention, providing a versatile and rapid solution for a wide range of downhole tasks. From well cleanouts and stimulation to complex completions, our advanced CTU fleet is engineered for superior performance, safety, and mobility in the most demanding environments

Technical Capabilities

Versatile Tubing Capacity:
Our units are capable of handling various customer-supplied coiled tubing strings, including up to 7,260 meters (23,819 feet) of 1.5” tubing, 5,300 meters of 1.75” tubing, and 4,138 meters of 2” tubing.

Powerful Injection System:
At the heart of our CTU is the CSI-100K Injector, delivering an exceptional 100,000 lbs of continuous pulling capacity and 50,000 lbs of snubbing force, ensuring reliable tubing deployment and retrieval under challenging well conditions.

Robust Pressure Control:
Safety is paramount. Each unit is equipped with a NXL (NEXUS) 4.06” x 10,000 PSI Quad BOP and a 10K Dual Side Door Stripper Packer, providing a secure and reliable well control package for live interventions.

Advanced Control & Data Acquisition:
Operations are managed from a hydraulically elevated, climate-controlled cabin, giving the operator a clear view of the wellhead. The ERAX Data Management System (DMS), running on a Siemens PLC/HMI touch screen, provides real-time monitoring and recording of critical parameters like tubing depth, speed, weight, circulating pressure, and wellhead pressure.

Reliable Power:
The unit is powered by a CAT C13 ACERT diesel engine rated at a minimum of 475 HP, ensuring consistent hydraulic power for all operations.

High-Pressure Nitrogen Pumping & Well Stimulation

Energize your reservoir and optimize well performance.

ERAX’s Liquid Nitrogen Pumping Units are self-contained, trailer-mounted systems designed to safely convert liquid nitrogen to gas and pump it at high pressure for well workover and stimulation operations. Ideal for well cleanouts, fluid lifting, and reservoir stimulation, this service can be deployed as a standalone solution or in powerful combination with our Coiled Tubing services to achieve superior results.

Technical Capabilities

High-Performance Pumping:
The unit is capable of achieving a maximum operating pressure of 70 MPa (approx. 10,150 PSI) and a maximum pumping rate of 85 standard m³/min, making it suitable for a wide range of stimulation and workover applications.

Onboard Nitrogen Storage: Equipped with an 11,300-liter (3,000-gallon) nitrogen storage tank, our units can operate self-sufficiently for extended periods, enhancing operational efficiency on site.

Efficient and Reliable Design: The system uses waste heat from the 475 HP Caterpillar C-13 drive motor and hydraulic system to vaporize the liquid nitrogen, creating an efficient and reliable process. The unit is built for severe environments, with an operating range of -20°C to +40°C and a full winterization package.

Integrated Data Acquisition: All operations are monitored through the ERAX DMS on a Siemens HMI touch panel. This system records and displays key job data, including LN2 flow rate, total volume, and gaseous nitrogen discharge pressure and temperature, ensuring precise job execution and comprehensive reporting.

Versatile High-Pressure Fluid Pumping Services

The power and flexibility for your essential well servicing needs.

The ERAX Single Pumping Unit is a robust, skid-mounted workhorse designed for pumping a variety of well servicing fluids, including inhibited acids for stimulation treatments. Its compact, "Rig Zone (Rigsafe)" design and DNV 2.7-1 certified crash frame make it perfectly suited for the demanding environments of both onshore and offshore operations.

Technical Capabilities

Exceptional Pumping Power:
The unit features a CAT C15 ACERT engine rated at 595 BHP paired with an Allison 4700 OFS transmission, driving a high-performance SPM 600S HD Triplex Pump.

High-Pressure Capability:
The high-pressure piping system is rated for 15,000 PSI (103 MPa), providing the capacity to overcome high wellhead pressures during stimulation and well control operations.

Offshore-Ready Design: The unit is housed in a DNV 2.7-1 certified lift frame with integrated ISO corner blocks and forklift pockets, ensuring safe and compliant handling for offshore deployment.

Data-Driven Operations:
A ruggedized Toughbook PC running the ERAX Data Management System (DMS) provides real-time data acquisition and post-job analysis. The system records and displays critical parameters like Triplex Pump discharge pressures and flow rates, allowing for precise control and detailed reporting.

Precision Remedial & Well Integrity Cementing

Ensure the long-term integrity and performance of your well.

While cementing is fundamental to well construction, ERAX’s Trailer Mounted Twin Cementing Unit is also a critical tool for well intervention. This advanced system is engineered for remedial operations such as casing leak repairs, water shut-off, and setting plugs. Its core strength lies in the Automatic Density Controlled Recirculation Cement Slurry Mixing System, which delivers unparalleled precision and slurry quality every time.

Technical Capabilities

Unmatched Power & Redundancy:
The unit is equipped with two independent power systems, each featuring a CAT C15 engine (595 BHP) and an Allison 4700 OFS transmission driving a GD/SPM TWS 600S HD Triplex Pump. This twin design provides massive pumping capability and critical operational redundancy.

Superior Slurry Quality and Control: The high-energy mixing system can produce cement slurries with densities from 8.32 to 22.0 PPG with an incredible accuracy of +/- 0.1 PPG. It is capable of mixing dry cement delivered at rates up to 3,700 lbs/min.

Advanced Mixing Automation: The system operates in three modes (Automatic Electric, Manual Electric, and Manual Mechanical backup) via a Siemens Touch Screen/PLC. In automatic mode, it precisely controls mix water and dry cement rates to achieve the target density and slurry volume, using data from a non-radioactive Coriolis type mass flow meter for ultimate accuracy.

Comprehensive Data Acquisition: The ERAX Data Management System (DMS) captures all critical job data, including discharge pressures, flow rates for both pumps, slurry density, and mix water rate/total, providing a complete digital record of the operation for analysis and reporting.

The ERAX Advantage: Data, Power, and Precision

At ERAX, we believe superior results come from superior technology. Each piece of our well intervention equipment is integrated with the ERAX Data Management System (DMS), a powerful platform that provides real-time monitoring and advanced post-job analytics. This gives your team unparalleled operational insight and verifiable performance reports. When this digital precision is combined with the raw power of CAT engines and the reliability of our high-pressure pumping systems, the result is a safer, smarter, and more effective well intervention. All our equipment is fabricated to ISO 9001 standards and is thoroughly tested to guarantee performance from day one.
